How do I start mailing?
Welcome to My Custom Mailing Please “Login” first using your ETC username and password before continuing. If you are a NEW first time customers, please complete My Mailing Instructions located on the left. You will receive a PDF proof of the job within 3 to 5 business days. You will be notified by email when the proof is ready. Please approve the proof by email or let us know of any changes. Once your PDF is approved you can begin mailing. Returning clients using the same mailing instructions may proceed directly to My Schedule a Mailing to upload new data and schedule repeated mailings. Steps for New First Time Customers 1. My Mailing Instructions: Tell us about your job, how to process, envelope size, number of pages etc. 2. Once you receive your PDF proof, please verify that it is correct. 3. My Schedule a Mailing: Schedule your mail date and upload your real data for mailing. Important Notes: All new First Time jobs or Changes in a job generally require 3 to 5 business days to automate, set-up and complete. After this set-up, your future mailing with the same My Mailing Instructions can be mailed within 24 hours.
What if I need to change a Mailing Instruction?
You may change your Mailing Instructions at any time but we must be notified of the change. You may notify us by email or phone. This way we can assure your mailing instruction is setup correctly in the system.
How long until I get a proof of a new Mailing Instruction?
Proofs will be created in 3 to 5 business days from your new Mailing Instruction. We will send your proof to your email on file. If you have any changes, please let us know. If the proof is OK, please email us back accepting the proof.
